The partnership combines FIRSTavenue’s fund sourcing and portfolio restructuring capabilities with GFD’S local presence and senior investor connectivity to address Israeli investors’ growing liquidity and portfolio rebalancing needs.

Tel Aviv and London, 23 March 2026 – Global Fund Distribution (“GFD”), a leading Israeli fund placement firm, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with First Avenue Partners LLP (“FIRSTavenue”), the London-headquartered global private capital advisor, to deliver dedicated primary fund placement and secondary market liquidity solutions to Israeli institutional investors.

The partnership provides local GPs and LPs with access to FIRSTavenue’s primary fund placement and secondary market advisory services, including LP-led portfolio sales and structured solutions, as well as GP-led restructurings such as continuation vehicles, NAV loans and tender offers. It combines GFD’s local origination capabilities and investor relationships with FIRSTavenue’s global execution infrastructure.
