FIRSTavenue appoints John Crocker as Head of Project Management in North America

NEW YORK; May 30, 2023 – FIRSTavenue, a leading global private funds placement agent and investment advisory firm specialising in private credit, real assets, private equity and associated capital solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of John Crocker as a Managing Director and Head of US Project Management on the North American team.

Based in New York, John will drive the successful implementation of North American client fund placement and capital solutions mandates from inception to completion across the alternative investment asset classes.

Bringing over 40 years of experience to FIRSTavenue, John has an extensive background in alternative investments, on both the buy-side and sell-side, as advisor, fiduciary and a builder of businesses and brand franchises. He joins FIRSTavenue from Addepar, a fintech wealth management portal, where he served as a Client Specialist. Prior to that, John was a Senior Advisor in Investor Relations at Novaquest Capital Management, where he enhanced their investor relations and capital formation capabilities.

John also co-founded Snowbridge LLC, a private capital raising, strategic advisory focused on alternative investments, targeting institutional investors and financial sponsors globally. Additionally, he has held roles at Citigroup, DLJ (Credit Suisse) and Capital Z Investment Partners.
