Bill Pearce joins FIRSTavenue

LONDON / NEW YORK – Bill Pearce has joined FIRSTavenue, a leading global private funds placement agent and investment advisory firm, as Managing Director. Bill will manage the Mid-West Sales side of the business from the New York office.

Bill has over 13 years of experience in Alternative Assets and Asset Management, with a primary focus on Private Real Assets. Prior to joining First Avenue, Bill worked as a Director at AMP Capital on their North American Distribution team, raising capital and advising clients across AMP’s Infrastructure platforms, including private infrastructure equity and debt. Prior to his time at AMP, Bill worked for First Reserve where his primary responsibilities included, fundraising, investor relations as well as planning and executing marketing strategies for FR’s energy infrastructure and private equity funds. Bill started his career as a Consulting Associate with Cambridge Associates where he assisted institutional clients on a wide range of investment and financial related issues, primarily focusing on private investment portfolios.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University. He is also a CFA Charter holder.
